What to send

A correction.Include the page URL and the sentence you think is wrong. If a product listing shows a price or a spec that no longer matches Amazon, say which product — prices refresh daily from Amazon's API, but a listing can change between refreshes.

A question about a guide. Which page, and what you were trying to do. Questions that would help other readers sometimes become a new section or a new page.

A privacy request. The site stores nothing about you beyond what you email us, but if you want an email thread deleted, say so and it will be. The privacy policy explains what the site does and does not collect.

A product or brand enquiry. We do not accept payment for placement, sponsored posts or favourable write-ups, and we do not physically test products, so please do not send samples. How products are chosen is on the editorial standards page.

What not to expect

Personalised nail advice by email, which we are not qualified to give and which the guides cover better than a reply could — start with how to do French tips at home or the french tip nails homepage. And anything about the Amazon side of a purchase — returns, delivery, refunds — which only Amazon can handle.
